Hi! I’m Katie, the face behind KP Embroidery & Designs and the in-house embroidery partner for Ruby James.

I’m a wife, mama to two sweet girls, and dance teacher with a lifelong love for creating. My embroidery journey began when I purchased my first embroidery machine to create personalized pieces for my daughters and thoughtful gifts for family and friends. What started as a creative hobby quickly became a passion and another wonderful creative outlet.

When I’m not teaching dance or spending time with my family, you’ll usually find me at my embroidery machine, adding thoughtful, personal details to pieces that celebrate life’s sweetest moments. My style is inspired by timeless Southern charm, coastal touches, and classic heirloom design, creating embroidery that feels elegant, meaningful, and never goes out of style.
